The writer has been involved as project manager and in direct supervision in the design and construction of numerous RSL Clubs in NSW including:

The works included the structural and civil areas of the project through to the general construction and also the fit out including the bars, beer plumbing the fit out of commercial kitchens, gymnasiums, gambling areas and restaurants.

As Project Manager, my role was also to co-ordinate the design stage of the project including the design co-ordination between structural engineers, architects, interior designers and specialists trades such as air conditioning, bar services, plumbing, hydraulic services engineers as well as electrical designs and engineers.

Joinery and Shop Fitting

As one of Sydney's leading shop fitting companies, the  writer, as Managing Director of Renbay Joinery Systems is fully experienced in the shop fitting sector for clients such as:

Health Insurance commission -  in NSW, ACT and NT.
Numerous banking institutions including credit unions.
Specialist fit outs for companies such as Burbury's of London and other international companies including duty free fit outs in airports.
The projects included the installation of complete shop outlets in high streets and shopping centres, one off projects such as bank buildings in Fairfield, Mona Vale, Manly, Maroubra, Gosford and many others in country locations.

These projects also include working for Architects or on the design and construct business.  Our 'in house' design team prepared documentation and  supervision of various projects including up to 50 outlets for Medicare per year from initial design to completion of a facility which included the complete fit out of all the joinery security  systems, security screens, ballistic counters and doors, soft furnishings and computer systems, etc.

As joinery manufacturers we also constructed office furniture;  desks, cabinets, counter units, bank counters, high quality joinery for numerous duty free outlets in international airports including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong.
